Cookie Policy
The cookies this website uses, and why.
Last updated: 18 September 2026
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies used on the Outdoorly website and how you can control them.
1. Essential Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies and similar browser storage that are required to keep the website working, for example to keep you signed in, to keep your booking session working and to remember your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.
2. Analytics Cookies (Consent Required)
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-K3KE77H44Y) to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed, so that we can improve it.
Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC act as our analytics provider and processor.
Analytics cookies are only set after you select "Accept analytics" on our cookie banner. If you reject analytics, or have not yet made a choice, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected.
Typical analytics cookies include: ● _ga — distinguishes browsers/devices, expires up to 2 years after it is set or last updated; ● _ga_* (for example _ga_K3KE77H44Y) — used by Google Analytics 4 to maintain session state, expires up to 2 years after it is set or last updated.
3. Advertising
We do not use advertising, marketing, remarketing or social media tracking cookies, and we do not use Google Tag Manager. Advertising features and personalisation signals are disabled in our Google Analytics configuration, and analytics data is not used for advertising or personalisation.
4. Lawful Basis and Withdrawing Consent
Analytics cookies are set on the basis of your consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and UK GDPR.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection; any cookies already set can also be cleared through your browser settings.
5. International Transfers
Analytics information may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses with additional protections where required.
6. Browser Controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the website, including booking and sign-in, from working properly.
