Last updated: 1 April 2026
1. About Outdoorly
Outdoorly (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates an online platform at outdoorly.co.uk that enables customers to discover and book guided hiking and outdoor events led by qualified guides (“Events”). By creating an account or booking an Event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings. By using the platform you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any participants you book for.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email from us. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking via our secure payment processor.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Events due to unsafe weather conditions, insufficient participant numbers, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to an equivalent Event.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- More than 14 days before the Event: full refund.
- 7–14 days before the Event: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the Event: no refund, but you may transfer your place to another person.
To cancel or transfer a booking, please contact us at [email protected].
5. Health, Safety, and Fitness
Outdoor activities carry inherent risks. You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate in the Event you book. Please read the difficulty rating and route description carefully before booking. You must follow all safety instructions given by your guide. Outdoorly and its guides may refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit to safely complete an Event.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outdoorly excludes liability for any injury, loss, or damage suffered during an Event, except where caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Outdoorly platform — including text, images, logos, and route information — is owned by or licensed to Outdoorly. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
8. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our platform you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of Outdoorly after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
